Refund & Return Policy

Our policy is for 30 days after your order has been delivered and not the order date since delays/back orders can occur at times. If 30 days has passed since your product(s) were delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it which includes the original product packaging (not the box/envelope it is shipped in)

If your item arrives sealed with plastic wrap or a sticker seal that is removed/broken then your item is automatically not eligible for a return.
A 30% restocking fee will be applied to your item if it is not returned in its original condition.

If you receive a product that is damaged and/or defective and occurs within the 30 days of delivery we will reship you a replacement at no cost to you. No refunds will be issued for defective items only a replacement will be shipped.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, hygienic or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the address on the package itself.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery 


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

This includes products that are added on at an additional discount such as:

- VeriClean "BC"

- Portable UV-C "BC"


Exchanges (if applicable)

If your product is eligible for an exchange within the first 30 days we will reship you a replacement. This includes items that are defective and/or damaged.


Gifts

We do not currently offer refunds if your item was a gift.

Return Shipping
To return your product, please visit email support at support@shopoasisbliss.com

If we can not identify your return because there is no order confirmation we will not be able to process your return and no refund will be issued.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
